This document displays what personal information Battledudes.io by Sarunas Visockas (“we”, “us”, or “our”) process and how we process it.

When you sign in for an account on battledudes.io we process some personal data obtained from the social media login providers. This data is:
Your social media id is used to identify you from other users and enable you to log in.
Your email address is used in case we need to inform you of security related issues, provide support to you, or to transfer your account if a social media used to sign in stop providing the sign in functionality. We also share your email address and in-game id with Xsolla, for processing payments, if and when you make purchases. See section about Xsolla below for more detailed information. Alongisde this data we also store your username which you create when signing in, game statistics, in-game items, virtual currency and other game related data that enables us to provide you with this service. Alongside your username we add a discriminator number, which allows multiple users to have the same username and differentiate between them. Your created username may appear in the leaderboards, which show the top players in the game. Leaderboard usernames appear without the discriminator.
Your data is stored and located in servers in the Netherlands. We keep your data as long as we provide you with the service (game) or until you request to delete your data, unless a longer retention period is required by law. Afterwards, we delete all such data in our possession within a reasonable timeframe.
We log certain information for security, debug, cheating/hacking prevention purposes only. That information includes:
Our servers log ip addresses and what requests they make that are made to them. This is used only for security and debug purposes as well.
Log files are kept for 7 days and then deleted.
We use Sentry.io to report crashes and errors in the game. Sentry.io is an error tracking, crash reporting, application monitoring service. Your ip address and some data about the state of the application, like console logs and last user actions like button clicks, are sent if there is an error or a crash within the website or the game. We use Google Analytics for analytics, statistics and improvement of the game and website. Google Analytics collects data like your approximate location, country, browser user agent and other. In our implementation Ip addresses used in google analytics are anonymized. You can consent to using cookies with google analytics which will give us more accurate analytics results. We use Xsolla for processing payments. If you make payments using Xsolla we share with them your email address and an in-game id. From Xsolla we receive and store information about your purchase which is the invoice number, order number and items purchased. Xsolla is located in the United States of America, but also has multiple offices across the world. Xsolla uses multiple security measures for securing your data. When data is collected from the United Kingdom, the European Union or Switzerland and Xsolla shares data with third countries, Xsolla uses appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses. We use Adinplay to deliver and show advertisments throughout the game. To see what information is collected and processed by Adinplay and it's partners visit Adinplay Privacy Policy. We do not actively share information we collect with Adinplay, unless that information is aggregated and non-personally identifiable.

In general we collect your data to provide a personalised game experience and to provide technical support for the service.
We use your data to fulfill a contract with you and provide you with our Services (the game Battledudes.io), to comply with our legal obligation, protect your interests. This includes creating an Account, providing in-game leaderboards, matchmaking, providing support for issues, providing in-game purchases, providing a customised user experience.
We use your data to pursue legitimate business interests. This includes collecting statistics and analytics about the game's usage to improve the service, investigating, debugging technical errors, preventing cheating and hacking, to contact you with information we believe would be relevant for you to know.
